Coxon's was established in Windsor Ontario in 1961. CTS is one of Southwestern Ontario's largest Towing and Recovery operations. During the late sixties, Coxon's manufactured large Hydraulic Wreckers, which could handle 100,000 lbs lifts. In 1991 the President, Bill Coxon, was inducted into the "Towing and Recovery Hall of Fame" for his Futuristic Wreckers which are today’s standard.

Operating from 1961 to 1980 primarily as a Towing Operation, CTS later diversified the organization into Modular Office Moving, Renting and Sales; then Machinery Moving and the Disposal Business.

CTS now handles a full line of Mobile Office Units and Portable Storage Containers.
